They point out, simply illustrations by Thomas Nast for a famous Christmas story by George Webster in the 19th century, written pulled leaves the imagination a bit 'less developed than mocked.
Last, but certainly also the mostinteresting ideas about the historical impact of socks for Christmas is the story of the poor, noble kind. It is said that this man died of three daughters, his wife soon, the money for a dowry needed to marry off her daughters were. Distraught, with no idea what to do, he ended his laundry and their daughters hanging stockings over the fireplace to dry. St. Nicholas, saddened by the desperation, waiting for everyone to go to bed and then rushed to the roof.Golden Nuggets dropping three sacks in the fireplace with a landing on one of the individual daughter had woken up to find all enough to get married sock.

The 10 Best Movies of Christmas - What is real is listed?
When you start on my search for the best "10 Christmas Movie", I found a number of lists that rigorously planned, the favorite movie for Christmas - some expert advice from the movie "experts" were only one opinion. This would be expected, especially if the word "best part is" because the word itself and does not imply a viewpoint or opinion.
But as for the films that are considered the best overall performance - especially withgeneral public opinion? I dig a little 'at this point in a list of Christmas movies that have been seen over the years - not only the best selling last movie, and not just what they see as the "classics" too . Here's what I got …
Miracle on 34th Street: In my research, here is the list of best movie of the most sought after, acquired most of the Christmas film of all time. This is a girl namedSusan, who has become somewhat 'diminished' in his Christmas spirit, and has his doubts about the validity of Santa Claus, comes around but when it "meets the real thing."
It's a Wonderful Life: I was personally very surprised if this is not a "Tip Top" from the list, but it is certainly a close second. Jimmy Stewart is the main star in this film that many, many people love and are inspired during the Christmas period. Abeautiful, romantic and touching story.
White Christmas: This film is another in the list, which could be a "true classic". Bing Crosby sings the song of the title (what a voice of velvet!) - One of favorite movies (and music) to fill the houses with the spirit of Christmas.
A Charlie Brown Christmas: Yes folks, one of the films on this list should have the band of Charlie Brown, right? Well, yes. ThisFavorite is a film, always with good music, which gave some of the most popular music for the holiday season.
Scrooge: This is the British-made 1970 version of "Scrooge" Movies Starring Albert Finney in the title role. There are three films with the "10 Best Christmas Movies" list with this problem, which is one of the best known, although the criticism was rather mixed.
How the Grinch who stole Christmas: Based onDr. Seuss's story, which originally exist in the '60s, there are two versions of this film - the animation (cartoon was published) film since the mid-60s and the modern version with Jim Carrey. It was too difficult, "torn apart" these two films, in terms of popularity, so I'm at this point, both on the list.
Christmas in Connecticut is part confession - I had never heard of this movie before finding this list, but it is certainly aI'm looking for is after reading the story and opinions. A funny story Starring Barbara Stanwyck as a writer who is less than honest about his life and only left their catch - a Christmas theme. In any case, it appears as an "oldie but goodie."
Scrooged: The modern version of "Scrooge" with Bill Murray. Has a very good job in presenting one of the worst and most ruthless men alive - butOn the other hand, has a good job "turn the page" and stimulating the spirit of Christmas.
Rudolph the red nosed reindeer: This is one of a series of films of Burl Ives said in stop-motion animation and is the most popular of this group. A very sweet story, first published in 1964 as a television special and was a favorite among children (and families) ever since.
A Christmas Carol: This is thethird in the series of "Scrooge", the theme and comes in 10 on the list. Ironically, this film has received more critical acclaim, particularly by the excellent quality Alistair Sim This film was during the Second World War and is truly an amazing and inspiring to see a movie.
There are other films for the "10 Best Christmas Movies", which are also very popular with children, adults and families. Many (and perhaps all) of them have a sense timelessthose that allow them to maintain their position as one of the most watched movie of all time.

American Justice 168 Part 5
A MOTHER'S STORY OF MURDER It was three weeks to Christmas in 1989 when four-year-old Christopher Milke was reported missing from a Phoenix-area shopping mall. Within 30 hours, detectives were led to the little boy's body, which they found curled in a foetal position in a desert northwest of the city. The cause of death was three hypervelocity bullets to the back of the head from close range. Today, Christopher's mother is a one-woman death row in an Arizona State Prison, convicted of having cold-bloodedly sent her only child to his execution under the pretext of having him visit Santa Claus. Prosecutors charged that motherhood interfered with Debra Jean Milke's other ambitions, so she manipulated her smitten roommate, a troubled Vietnam veteran, into carrying out the murder. Milke's German-born mother has made an international sensation of a case that she says hinges on the unsupported word of one police officer and the vengeful testimony of embittered family members. Is Milke guilty of orchestrating the murder of a little boy she considered an inconvenience or is she yet another example of the carelessness with which American courts hand out the death penalty?
